Poster: Impact of mindfulness training for resilience in K-5 education: an exploratory mixed methods pilot study
        
     
    
        
    
    
        Product Description:
        The poster presented the results of an intervention to teach mindfulness to 700+ elementary school children. After the intervention, children used more emotion words in describing stress and described more proactive coping strategies. Teachers reported significant improvements in behavior.
