This is the annual report of the RISP project for FY 2013. It includes national and state by state summaries describing long-term supports and services for people with IDD based on a survey of state directors of IDD services. It includes information about the size and type of places people with IDD who get LTSS live, Medicaid funding authorities used, recipient ages, and compares state operated vs nonstate services. It also summarizes the results of a survey of the directors of state operated residences with 16 or more people describing the characteristics and needs of people with IDD living in those settings.
