The Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI) at UMass Boston, in partnership with the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development (SGISD) and the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS), is recruiting its second cohort of postdoctoral fellows for the Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training (ARRT) program in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) employment research.
The ARRT will select two postdoctoral fellows to begin in September 2026. This 12-month fellowship offers advanced, multidisciplinary training designed to prepare the next generation of researchers and leaders committed to improving employment outcomes for people with IDD.
The program aims to strengthen research that advances representation, inclusion, and impact across the IDD employment field.
Researchers with backgrounds in rehabilitation, education, social sciences, public health, public policy, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Learn more about the ARRT Program, and apply by July 18, 2026.
