Two MCDD team members have recently been accepted to join two community boards.
We are proud to celebrate the leadership and community engagement of two Project HEAL (Health, Advocacy, Education, and Law) staff attorneys, David Mervis, Esq., and Logan Ewing, Esq.
David Mervis has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors of The Arc Baltimore, a leading organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through employment training, family support and education, advocacy, and a wide range of community services. His term will begin in July 2026.
Logan Ewing has been contributing her expertise to Make Studio since April 2026, where she serves on the development committee. Make Studio provides multimodal arts programming for adults with disabilities, fostering creativity, connection, and artistic expression in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Together, their service reflects the Maryland Center for Developmental Disabilities and Project HEAL’s ongoing commitment to advancing inclusion, empowerment, and meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities across our community.
