Senior Associate

Jean E. Winsor is a Senior Research Associate at the Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI). Her research focuses on state systems and integrated employment, with an emphasis on bridging research to practice through technical assistance to employment system stakeholders. She has been the long time coordinator of ICI’s annual National Survey of State Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Agencies’ Employment and Day Services, is a policy specialist for the State Employment Leadership Network (SELN), and Rehabilitation Research and Training Center on Advancing Employment for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, and is Project Director for the Florida EmployMe1st Project.

Lindsay is a research associate whose work is driven by a passion for collaborative, inclusive research to promote equity and support people to thrive in their communities. Lindsay is particularly dedicated to working with disability service systems staff to identify opportunities for improving the quality of services. Lindsay is also highly skilled in communicating research findings in accessible and meaningful ways to different audiences.

Kate Brady, PhD, ABD, is Co-Director of the Grassroots Project and project manager for other technical assistance and evaluation projects. She particularly appreciates opportunities to advance community response to critical public systems changes that align services with HSRI’s goal to see all people living healthy, fulfilling lives as powerful, respected members of society.

Gloria Gantt

Senior Assistant Researcher

Gloria Gantt is a Senior Research Assistant at the Kansas University Center on Disabilities and Senior Researcher for the State of the States in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Project of National Significance. Initiated in 1982, the project examines public spending on intellectual and developmental disabilities services across the United States. It has developed a 40 year record of revenue, spending, and programmatic trends across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the nation.
