Join UCEDD, LEND, and IDDRC colleagues for two virtual sessions focused on connection, collaboration, and celebration of our network’s work.
Lightning Talks: The One Slide Challenge: Each center may submit one slide and select a presenter for a 2-minute talk highlighting something exciting or meaningful.
Bright Spark Chats: Interactive breakout discussions will follow, offering space to share ideas and build new connections
Questions to Consider when making your slide for the Lighting Talks:
- What’s one project, story, or accomplishment from your UCEDD, LEND, or IDDRC that makes you smile when you talk about it?
- If you had just 30 seconds in an elevator to brag about your work, what would you say?
- What’s a moment when you felt proud, energized, or inspired by your team or community?
- Who has benefited from your work, and how would they describe its impact?
- What’s something “small but mighty” your program is doing that others might not know about?
Note:
- Registration: Is only required if your center plans to present. General event attendance does not require registration. Slides must be submitted to [email protected]g by October 6 if your center would like to present.
- Presenters: AUCD is committed to making our virtual events welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for all participants. Visit our 2025 Accessibility & Inclusion Guidelines and Download Slide Criteria.
- Accommodations: We will be using automated captioning through Zoom for these meetings. If you require additional accommodations please let us know by emailing [email protected] by September 30, 2025.
We look forward to seeing you in October!
