As the leader of HDI Project Delivery, I work to strengthen organizational effectiveness through operational frameworks, governance practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to HDI, I was a recognized subject matter expert on campus enterprise facilities management systems. Beyond the university, I have served in leadership roles within professional associations, including President and Immediate Past President of the Campus Facilities Management Technology Association and President of the Kentucky Association of Mapping Professionals. Through these roles, I have contributed to strategic planning, professional development, mentorship, and the advancement of professional practice. My approach to service is rooted in building organizational capacity, empowering others, and creating sustainable systems that support long-term success.
