Marcy's most impactful experience came as a Project SEARCH instructor. This role provided her with invaluable insights into creating competitive integrated employment opportunities for all students with disabilities.
In her current role at the Center on Disability and Development (CDD), Marcy leads the Texas Transition Conference and the Brazos Valley Disability Conference and Resource Fair. Through these major initiatives, she focuses on equipping educators, professionals, and community members with the tools, collaboration opportunities, and resources necessary to effectively support transition planning and success for individuals with disabilities.
