Ian Robert is a Community Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) and a Credentialed Employment Support Professional (CESP). Before joining the Sherlock Center, he worked as an employment support professional providing pre-employment, job readiness, discovery, job coaching, and retention and support services to transition-aged youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. During this time, he was recognized as an expert in Low- and High-tech accommodations as part of the RI Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals’ (BHDDH) Person-Centered Supported Employment Performance Program (PCSEPP).
Ian Robert is pursuing a Master of Public Administration in Policy Analysis with a graduate certificate in Training and Development from the University of Rhode Island (expected August 2027), from which he also holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Management.
