Clinical Responsibilities
 Provide evaluations, comprehensive psychological testing, and 
 individual, group, and family therapy primarily to families affected by Autism 
 Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Program Development
 *Participated in Integrated Facility Design (IFD; 4 weeks) to conceptualize the ASD 
 Program and plan space for a new facility; involves senior leadership, QI consultants, 
 corporate facility involvement, community stakeholders, family members, and 
 clinical experts (fall 2016/spring 2017).
 *Participated in the development of a business plan for senior leadership to create an
ASD Program that is self-sustainable and innovative to compliment generous donor support (January 2016).
Manage the delivery of ASD-related services within Behavioral Health, the hospital, and the community. Coordinate care for families affected by ASD with other hospital divisions. Develop community relationships to identify services for families affected by ASD. Provide continued education on the ADOS-2 to psychologists and trainees within Behavioral Health. Recruit and supervise the ASD-specific fellowship. Assist with management of donor funds.
Teaching Responsibilities
Serve as Core Faculty for the LEND program. Serve as the primary supervisor for the ASD-specific fellowships, focused on both program development and clinical care. Provide supervision to psychology interns for long-term therapy, the ASD specialty rotation, and inpatient consultations. Contribute to training team meetings for all trainees.
Scholarship Activities
Lead research and Quality Improvement (QI) projects, particularly regarding family-centered care and socials skills groups for children with ASD with presentations at national conferences. Collaborated on research projects within Nemours, Jefferson Medical College, and the University of Delaware. Serve on the editorial board for Clinical Practice in Pediatric Psychology.
