Project Description:
We believe everyone has a right to the support that will help them become productive adults. Our goal is to help find the supports needed so that each individual can live independently, with dignity, and be successful in their community
By thoroughly evaluating our client's we can determine their current status, needs and strengths across multiple areas such as: communication, academic skill, fine-motor skills, general health, etc. We can then use that information to help chart their course to adulthood.
We specialize in working with adolescents (14-18 years old) and young adults (19-24) with a variety of disabilities such as:
