Project Description:
Early Head Start-UCED Partnership The Nevada UCED collaborates with the University of Nevada, Reno’s Human Development and Family Services department, other UNR faculty and staff, and Nevada Early Intervention Services to provide disability coordination and consultation for Nevada Early Head Start home and center-based programs for children and families living below the poverty line. This includes infant/toddler screening and developmental assessment, staff training and consultation, family service coordination, family education, program technical assistance, and liaison with early intervention agencies.
