Project Description:

To support Anthem Indiana with strategic facilitation and process consulting to identify key outcomes and strategies for integration of the LifeCourse framework. Create awareness of the CtLC framework and related practices for all staff. Provide focused professional development, implementation coaching and technical assistance to an implementation team to support ongoing implementation, integration and capacity building for staff and users (individuals and families).
