Project Description:
The UCEDD supports research projects related to improving service access for children, youth, and adults with disabilities. Project TASK is developing and testing a curriculum on adult services that teachers can use during transition planning for autistic students. There is research examining the experiences of youth with disabilities and their families in accessing Section 504 support in schools and a project examining how adults with IDD and their families perceive natural and formal supports.
