Project Description:

Online Training Modules - develop web-based training modules for BDDS staff and case managers. For the BDDS staff training modules, this includes maintenance and revisions to current content as well as potential development of two (2) to three (3) new modules. New modules will include the LifeCourse Framework and culture of quality principles. Annual Needs Assessment - develop an annual training needs assessment to identify areas of additional training that are needed and take into account information about staff turn-over, programmatic changes, legislative/statutory updates, etc.
