Wabash Parks System Master Plan
Project Description:
Develop an implementable an attainable Master Parks Service Plan to assist the Wabash Park Department and other City leaders in planning for the future of the community's parks and recreation system.
This project consists of the following phases:
Research and Data Collection - Community background data collection and analysis; Document Review; Analysis of the Department Facilities Inventory and Assessment; Accessibility Assessment, Analysis of the 2018 Parks and Recreation Plan.
Public Engagement - Public engagement facilitation; community survey, convenience survey, stakeholders interviews.
Analysis and Needs Assessment - Analysis of parks and recreation levels of
service; Analysis of City supply and demand for parks and recreation services; Gap analysis of City recreation facilities, trails & parks.
Action Plan - prioritizing goals, strategies & initiatives; creation of Wabash Parks System Master Plan.
