Project Description:
Summary Continued server maintenance, program efficiency, technical assistance and the re-creation of designated existing trainings. The Indiana Division of Disability and Rehabilitation Services (DDRS)/Bureau of Development Disabilities Services (BDDS) provides services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) that enable them to live as independently as possible. BDDS has utilized Canvas (a Learning Management System (LMS) for over two years. IIDC provides supportive technical assistance for over 100 + Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS)/Bureau of Quality Improvement Services (BQIS) staff and over 700 + case managers. Continued server maintenance, program efficiency, technical assistance and the re-creation of specific existing trainings from Articulate (not supported by Canvas) into Captivate (supported by Canvas) is critical for the ongoing education of state staff and case managers.
