Project Description:
The American Academy of Pediatrics has collborated with funders to increase knowledge and resources for pediatric screening. BCDD faculty assists the "Don't Wait and See: Improving Surveillance, Screening, Referral and Follow-up" quality improvement project for primary care providers and the "I-SCRN" Screening in Practices Learning Collaborative works with a diverse group of pediatric primary care practices to measure, evaluate, and improve upon screening, referral, and follow-up using quality improvement methodology. Ongoing projects include explorations of pediatricians' knowledge, attitudes, and practices around developmental monitoring and screening. In-kind support for faculty participation in advisory committe and learning collaboratine training work.
