Project Description:
Working with the Nisonger Center from Ohio State University (developers of the EnvisionIT curriculum), the Nevada Department of Educations Office of Special Education and the Nevada Center for Excellence in Disabilities will support the expansion of the implementation of the EnvisionIT curriculum in the Lyon County School District to include more inclusive educational environments. Working with staff from the Nisonger Center at Ohio State University (developers of the EnvisionIT curriculum), the Nevada Department of Educations Office of Special Education and the Nevada Department of Education will support statewide implementation of the Envision IT curriculum by providing professional development to select school district personnel that will become dedicated EnvisionIT trainers within their districts of employment.
