Project Description:

This contract with KVCAP is made for the purpose of development of coaching competencies and providing professional development and consultation activities. Activities will include the completion of coaching competencies (in collaboration with other early childhood system stakeholders); refinement of a foundations orientation training in relationship based technical assistance/coaching and delivery to designation KVCAP staff; facilitation of professional learning community discussions; on-site observations of coaching; ongoing consultation with KVCAP's leadership team to develop sustained practices for ongoing coaching activities.
