        Project Description:
        MMI evaluators observed classrooms using the Teaching Pyramid Observation Tool (TPOT) in fall and spring for two years of the initiative.  By spring of the second year, nearly all classrooms met the quality benchmarks in the areas of building warm relationships with the children, utilizing preventative strategies, teaching social-emotional skills and individualizing strategies for children with behavior challenges or other special needs.
