Project Description:
SENSE Theatre is a 2-week day camp for youth, 7-18 years of age, with and without autism spectrum disorders. SENSE Theatre aims to improve social and communication functioning and reduce stress in children with autism through acting. The campers? efforts will culminate in two performances!
The camp offers a summer camp experience for youth with autism ages 7-18 years, and also includes typically developing peers who serve as models and interactive partners for the children with autism.
