Project Description:

The purpose of this grant is to blend the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) with quality transition services to ensure that students have access to classroom environments in which instruction is flexible, equitable and accessible to all students. This grant will focus on capacity building and quality leadership at the state, district and building levels. We believe that improved instruction, supportive school structure, and appropriate transition services will lead to improved postsecondary outcomes.
