Project Description:
The World Health Organization notes that health literacy implies the achievement of a level of knowledge, personal skills and confidence to take action to improve personal and community health by changing lifestyles and living conditions. For people with disabilities, health literacy can become and issue of quality of life, and surveys found that literacy skills, societal barrirs in regards to health literacy.
