The MN LEND forum will focus on building collaborations in faith communities for inclusion of individuals with disabilities. Strategies and best practices for outreach across faith communities will be provided. Community members, advocates, family members, professionals, and anyone interested is invited to join us for a presentation from Bill Gaventa, followed by a panel discussion with members from various faith communities across the Twin Cities
