Study VII Data Report: Part C - Competence & Confidence of Practitioners Working with Children with Disabilities. One of the initiatives of The Center to Guide Personnel Preparation Policy and Practice in Early Intervention and Preschool Education is to conduct research on the level of confidence and competence of personnel working with infants and toddlers with special needs and their families. Information gathered from the Confidence and Competence Survey is presented in this report.
