This was a three-year research study funded by the Office of Special Education Programs and was conducted collaboratively with the Orelena Hawks Puckett Institute in North Carolina. The purpose of this research project was to study an alternative service delivery model for infants, toddlers, and their families who were eligible for early intervention services under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. The families involved in the project were of Latino heritage and used Spanish as their preferred and dominant language.
