How Could My Son / Daughter Benefit from Alternate Forms of Communication? Dispelling Myths About Who Can Benefit From Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)? is aimed to educate parents about AAC and how it could assist individuals in life. This booklet addresses some common myths parents have regarding their sons/daughters? abilities to use AAC. As parents are the target audience for the booklet, the planned distribution will occur through attendance at various parent-related events and support groups.
