Product Description:

Transcription of protein-encoding genes requires the concerted action of a large complex of transcription factors. The formation of the basic transcription machinery involves the assembly of a functional pre-initiation complex. Transcription factor II D (TFIID) is one of several general transcription factors that make up the RNA polymerase II pre-initiation complex.
