This report summarizes the results of a survey completed by 74 early childhood professionals from 47 organizations in Missouri about best practices in promoting child wellness in child care settings. The analysis focused on these four aspects of child well-being in child care programs: child nutrition, physical activity, screen time, and breastfeeding/infant feeding. The purpose of the survey is promotion of discussion in Missouri leading to positive changes in policy, regulation, and practice.
