In Mystery Shopping, if selected as a participant, you would be asked to do some shopping as you usually would, either in-store or via the retailer’s app or website. You would then provide feedback about a range of aspects of your experience. This feedback would be via an online accessible short survey with options to upload photos, video or audio if you would like.

USA – Shopping at home (online) and in-store
Walmart wants to improve the shopping experience they provide for customers with a diverse range of disabilities.
There is an incentive of US $150 paid to participants for completing, at minimum, monthly short surveys after shopping online or instore for each of the six months, across the period.
In addition, we will be running other research that participants may be invited to across the period. This could include interviews about your shopping experience or focus groups to consider new ideas.
If invited to such supplementary research, participants will always have the option to request to be involved or opt out once the details have been outlined to you. Each piece of research would have a specific additional payment detailed along with the commitment.
Participants may not be provided with additional options as it will depend on our client’s requests and needs.
We are seeking ten participants from the neurodivergent community. If you are a part of the neurodivergent community and are interested in joining this research, please sign up by July 17. AUCD will notify the ten individuals who are selected by July 18.
