In this session trainers briefly discussed the system requirements for successful implementation of the IDA process and introduced the role of the introductory IDA Online training. Participants engaged in supported dialogue to explore 1) areas of success and challenge in implementing IDA with evaluation teams; 2) the role of the IDA Lead as support and mentor for new staff once they have completed the introductory IDA Online training; and 3) what additional ongoing supports are needed to be effective in the role of the IDA Lead.
