Trainer - Life Span Institute at Parsons, University of Kansas

The Institute for Life Span Studies at Parsons, University of Kansas, seeks a full-time Trainer.  This position will work on a statewide professional development and technical assistance project in the area of childcare and early education focusing on individuals and programs serving infant and toddlers.  Requirements: Master's in Specialized Area and focus in early childhood (e.g. early intervention/special education, language/literacy development, infant mental health - social/emotional development, social work focused on unserved or underserved populations) or related fields. Minimum of two years-experience in development of written materials (e.g. technical assistance plans, individual professional development plans), experience in coaching other adults/professionals (e.g. mentor coaching, peer-to-peer coaching supervising), experience managing multiple tasks/projects, experience with infants/toddlers.
