The Administration on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AIDD) is seeking a consultant to develop an Action Plan1 which outlines goals, actions, timelines, and resources needed to build the capacity of the National Network of University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDDs) to systematically reduce and eliminate disparities and inequities in access to and utilization of services experienced by individuals with DD and their families who are members of historically underserved racial, ethnic, and linguistically diverse groups across the lifespan.
The Association of University Centers on Disabilities (AUCD) with funding support from the Administration on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AIDD), announce a leadership opportunity for Action Team Members to advise work on a Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan as well as the Diversity & Inclusion Training Action Plan.
AUCD is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to support the national network of federally funded Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) and Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP) programs, as well as the University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD). The Program Specialist will be responsible for overseeing projects aimed at this target population, while working with staff from multiple teams and network leaders to set new initiatives into motion.
