Disability Training Director - Human Development Institute (HDI), University of Kentucky

The Human Development Institute (HDI) at The University of Kentucky is seeking a Disability Training Director. This position will be responsible, on an ongoing basis, for directing all pre-service training programs for HDI, including our Graduate and Undergraduate Certificates, developing and implementing interdisciplinary training proposals, and administering and supervising multiple projects. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to: negotiating and managing budgets; monitoring project timelines; providing direct and indirect supervision; contributing expert content; teaching certificate courses on-campus and online; recruiting students; participating in functional work groups; and coordinating grant writing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of leadership and the specific skills of delivering high impact presentations, planning, organizing, and taking initiative.
