The Department of Disability and Human Development, University of Illinois at Chicago, is seeking applications for a tenured senior faculty position available for the Academic Year 2016-17. We seek a candidate who can sustain an independent research program on health disparities for and/or health promotion with people with disabilities as well as participate in teaching and service. Preferred candidates should have a demonstrated track record in extramural funding with expertise in translational research with disability and/or aging populations. This position is part of a 5-year interdisciplinary cluster hire entitled "Health Promotion for Racially and Ethnically Diverse Older Adults" and includes membership in the Center for Research on Health and Aging.
