The Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota has an open position for a Research Associate/Fellow with expertise in the area of positive behavior support and person centered thinking. This research position is designed to fulfill current and develop new research, training, and technical assistance in the area of positive supports (e.g., positive behavior support, person centered planning, cognitive behavior therapy) and person centered thinking/planning for people with intellectual, developmental, neurocognitive and other disabilities. The Researcher will be expected to write grants, develop new research and program development opportunities and explore external sales agreements to expand Center activities. Additionally, this position will work in a team environment and will supervise Professional and Academic employees as well as Graduate Research Assistants. These activities will be conducted in the Institute on Community Integration, Research and Training Center on Community Living (RTC/CL) at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus.
