First Annual LoneStar LEND Conference

The LoneStar LEND will host its first annual conference "Autism - You Do See it First: How to Recognize, Screen, Refer," at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston on June 15-16th. The conference is intended to educate primary care providers on routine developmental surveillance and screening for autistic spectrum and related neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD/NDs), thus increasing timely and accurate diagnosis of ASD/NDs. The program will be of interest to primary care physicians, psychologists, residents, fellows, medical students, nurses, OT/PTs, LCSWs, language pathologists, educators, ECI and child care providers.
