Succession Planning and Leadership Development 

The planning and implementation for the succession of leadership at a UCEDD (succession planning) is one of the most common topics of TA requests received by the URC.  As a result, the URC has developed a wide range of resources on this topic to assist directors, centers, and their host institutions in navigating the transition from one director to another from the early stages of leadership development through the active transition to the supportive installment of new leadership.
