About the AUCD Annual Conference

At the 2019 AUCD Conference over 1,000 community leaders, researchers, policymakers, practitioners, professionals, advocates, and students will join forces in their commitment to change the world for people with disabilities and their families. Packed with concurrent and poster sessions, plenaries, and numerous networking opportunities, the AUCD Conference is designed to promote innovative thinking that will catapult disability policy, research, and advocacy initiatives to the next level. The Conference is strategically held in Washington, DC, to attract thought leaders from Capitol Hill and the Administration, along with well-known national disability organizations and advocates who work at the federal level.

Recent AUCD Conferences have featured prominent disability leaders including members of Congress, high-level Administration appointees, and key Hill Staff. Sponsors and exhibitors of the Conference will have direct access to AUCD's $650 million national network of directors, researchers, practitioners, and advanced-level Fellows representing university-based programs from every state and territory.
