Description

This session presents strategies used to engage transition-age youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and other stakeholders including caregivers, clinicians, and payers in equitable research and practice partnerships. Our three presentations will focus on: (1) Identifying Health Outcomes, (2) Creating Research Teams, and (3) Addressing Challenges of Transition to Adulthood.
