Health and Safety

Will COVID vaccinations be required to attend the Conference?

For the safety of all attendees of the Conference, AUCD requires all attendees to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines, including a booster shot (the new Bivalent is not required). Exceptions will be granted for individuals entitled to a reasonable accommodation for either medical or religious reasons. Requests for accommodation must be sent to [email protected] and will be reviewed. If an exemption is granted for COVID-19 vaccination, a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours of arrival at the conference must be presented.

Will a COVID test be required for all attendees?

COVID tests will not be required for vaccinated and boosted attendees. Non-vaccinated attendees who are granted an accommodation will need to prove a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours of arrival at the conference and must be presented.

Will COVID testing be available on-site?

No, AUCD will not provide tests on-site. A list of nearby COVID-19 testing sites will be provided at the registration desk.

Will masks be required at the Conference?

No, face masks will not be required at the AUCD Conference, but we encourage you to wear a mask when not actively eating or drinking. Note that AUCD is monitoring COVID-19 and has the right to change the mask policy ahead of Conference based on city mandates and/or due to increasing infection rates.
