Description
Long term care supports for adults with disabilities often requires coordination, which includes both service type and amount. In our regression analysis of 206 adults with disabilities receiving long term care supports in Wisconsin, satisfaction with the amount of services positively predicted satisfaction with coordination of services provided by care agencies. Thus, our study suggests that satisfaction with the amount of services is an important element in effective care coordination.Back to Session: Poster Symposium 1C - Employment, Housing and Transportation and Community Living and Supports
