Description

This poster session will walk attendees through the design and testing of the Guideposts Fidelity Scale (GFS), a valid and reliable research-based tool designed to measure service providers' adherence to the four guideposts for community life engagement (CLE). CLE, defined as access to and participation in the community in non-work activities, is an important complement to competitive integrated employment in supporting meaningful days for people with IDD.
