Description

The poster presentation displays a framework of a healthy active lifestyle to promote physical, mental, and social, health for adults with disabilities highlighting movement as a key component. A student trainee led project "Movement in the Park" will demonstrate the effect of an integrated movement class on participants in a local community. The adaptive training curriculum, a video sample, satisfaction responses, and a retrospective post analysis will be shared
