Description
Past research has found that people of color with disabilities often have different healthcare experiences than white people with disabilities. This study explores these differences in the Philadelphia IM4Q sample. We looked at access to care and communication. We used statistical analysis (MANCOVA) to compare how people rated their access to care and communication in healthcare settings. Findings showed that there are differences in these ratings by race and ethnicity.Back to Session: Poster Symposium 1A - Health, Wellness, Recreation, and Related Issues
