Description
Telehealth rapidly emerged as an essential service delivery approach for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) and their families during the COVID-19 pandemic. This mixed-methods study examined parent perspectives about the telehealth approach of a coaching intervention for CYSHCN. This poster presents the qualitative findings from the study, which suggest that telehealth intervention increased access to and participation in services for families of CYSHCN.Back to Session: Poster Symposium 2B - Parent/Family Involvement, Support and Respite and Aging
