Description

This presentation will focus on the first-year pilot of an intervention study that is developing and evaluating the impact that mentorships between parents of adults with IDD might have on paid employment outcomes. We will address the design of the intervention, its impact on parents and their family members with IDD, and key lessons learned for supporting families in this essential area.
