Description

This presentation will discuss results of a survey on current screening and referral practices, preferred screening tools, barriers and facilitators to screening, degree of integration of screening with electronic health records, and perceptions of the state's Part C Early Intervention System. The survey was disseminated to members of the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians in the spring of 2015.
