This presentation will focus on the intersection of two researched-based practices: peer support arrangements and predictors of positive post-school outcomes. Aligning these areas can contribute to the delivery of services to help students with disabilities achieve transition-related goals. Attendees will better understand how to develop peer support arrangements and integrate elements that relate to evidence-based predictors of post-school success.
